Free shipping is available for orders over $100 NZD placed by customers in Aotearoa (NZ) and Australia. Applies only to orders under 5kg total weight.

Outlaws Thrive is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are handed over to the shipping provider. All shipping issues, including delays and misdeliveries, are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. For assistance with tracking and resolving shipping issues, please contact the carrier directly.

RETURNS

REFUNDS

If requesting a full cash back refund, an order cancellation must be completed within the first 2 days of purchase.

If your order has already been sent within this time, once you recieve the package please fill out the form in the contact section.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please fill out the form in our contact section within 10 days upon delivery

Please include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item you received along with your order number in the subject line. Depending on the claim, pictures of the package and the packing slips may also be requested.

After 10 days from the date of delivery, refunds and/or returns will not be accepted.
